My initial purchase from UntilGone

My initial purchase from UntilGone left me a bit unsure. But I'm pleased to report that every part of my experience was better than I thought. I'll definitely be buying from UntilGone again, and I'll suggest it to others too.

Terrible company.

I bought pillows that came looking completely different from what was shown. I also ordered jewelry that never showed up. They promised to refund the jewelry, but never did. They said they’d refund the pillows only if I paid for the return shipping. So I’d end up paying more for things that weren’t at all what I thought I was getting. They refused to help. If you enjoy taking chances with your purchases, this is the company for you.

I bought a few items that looked completely

I bought a few items that looked completely different from the pictures. I even tried contacting the company that shipped it to ask what it actually is. The writing on the box is so tiny that it's unreadable. I considered returning it, but after spending 28.00, I don't think I should pay more to send it back.

UntilGone has been a real nice suprise! They keep bringing new stuff & the prices are really good. I always go for the JunkBoxes — love not knowing what's inside, and there's always something I can use, even if it's not the big score. If you don’t buy anything else, def check out their battery deals — those AAA & AA ones go fast and way better than store prices! When you're done scrolling Amazon or Facebook marketplace, this place got LOADS to look at and it’s always different. You’ll be glad you gave it a try!

This company consistently offers appealing products at affordable rates. They ship quickly despite the low cost. The downside is their clothing runs small, so you may need to choose a size or two larger, and the larger sizes sell out quickly. I often spot items I want to buy, but I rarely manage to purchase them. Overall, this company is great and they do respond promptly to any inquiries.

Holy cow, these guys are freaking amazing! I totally messed up my order and sent them an email about it. Boom, before I could even finish my cup of coffee, they had it all fixed up for me with no problems at all. Their customer service is top notch, their shipping is lightning fast, and their products are absolutely phenomenal. I'm never ordering from anywhere else again.

(never "factory defect" or "barely used" things like other online stores try to give customers) UG's been here for a while, I placed my 1st order when covid-19 started, and they’re improving and adding more choices all the time. When I ordered, they emailed me about getting my order and said they'd email me when it ships. Soon, my stuff was sent with a tracking number, so I could follow it. I've ordered lots from Until Gone and never had issues, everything was as expected. I've ordered again and waiting for it to ship.

The description of the open-box CD/DVD Apple superdrive was accurate. The item was in great, unused condition and still had its internal packing films in place. The price was fair and the item shipped in a resonable amount of time.
