I would appreciate more information on their products, such as a sizing chart, inseam measurements for pants, material details like whether they’re cotton or a mix of fabrics, and the country of manufacture. Just saying something is a size medium doesn’t clarify if it’s a US size or from a country with different sizing standards. Most of what I’ve ordered has been good, but the pants are 20 inches too long and may need to be returned, along with the colors not matching my selection.

OMG, I can't believe I fell for this crap! I mean, I specifically told them I ain't signing up for anything or getting a bunch of annoying junk mail. And what do they do? Spam the heck out of me and threaten to send me junk every single day. Like, are you kidding me? And to top it off, if I wanna unsubscribe, I gotta create a friggin' account and remember yet another damn password. And just in case you were wondering, they were quick as lightning to send me a dumb email right after I handed over my cash. Like, congrats dude, you just joined the club of suckers. And they have the nerve to brag about giving out gift cards?

So, I made a new account with the same login details, and it went through like I'd never used them before. Now, I can't access my purchase info.

Bought a Standup Paddle board marked as "NEW." It came fast, but the top looks damaged, and it seems like someone painted over the marks with white paint. The rubber padding on the board's top has cracks in several spots.

It looks like untilgone.com works as a middleman for people selling items, so getting your package depends on luck. They don’t seem to store any of the products themselves, and I’m unsure about how carefully they check their sellers. When I reached out to customer support, they said they would contact the seller to fix the issue. I'm not hopeful I'll get my product or a refund, so be careful if you decide to buy from them.

I purchased a laptop and tried to return it, but they said I would have to pay a $40.00 fee. If it wasn’t in the condition they wanted, they would charge even more. It takes about 3 hours to charge, and then it dies in less than two hours. The next day, it’s always dead, so I have to charge it again. A few days after buying it, I discovered the same laptop is only worth $90 dollars. I paid $140.00.

I bought a Robot vacuum mop. It hasn't worked at all. I sent a video as they asked along with my receipt. My first two emails were responded to by an automatic reply. Once I sent the receipt, I have heard nothing back. All I want is a refund. I tried troubleshooting and charged it for the recommended 6 hours, plus overnight. Still, it doesn't work. I just want a refund.

You don't always get what is pictured or stated with this company. You have to read the fine print carefully, or you might end up with a product in a color you absolutely dislike. I had no idea that you had to scrutinize the fine print, which seems to protect the company and leaves you with something you never wanted!

I bought a LED Face Mask from them, but it came without the necessary Power Control Box. When I reached out, they just said they never said it would include the Power Control Box... It's like buying a car and being told it doesn't need an engine. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from these crooks.
