I made a mistake and entered an email address that’s so old, it’s practically from another era - an email I couldn't get into unless I somehow traveled back 13 years in time. Since that was out of the question, I reached out to customer service and they took care of it for me. No hassle, no extra steps – they just handled it! What’s not to appreciate about that? The product was awesome and the shipping was quick, especially since it came from overseas. Big fan, 10/10, would definitely order again.

I really enjoy this brand! I've ordered several times, and the quality has always been great. I had a small problem with an item recently and contacted customer service. Lottie got back to me the next day—on a Sunday! She was really nice, helpful, and quick, sorting out a replacement right away. The customer service was definitely five-star, and I’m really happy with it! This brand is still one of my favorites, and I’d gladly recommend it to anyone.

I bought a phone case from Skinnydip not long ago, and sadly the pattern started to come off after a short while... Still waiting to see if this happns again with the new one once it arrives – guess I’ll have to wait and see. On another note, big thanks to Alicia from the Customer Service crew. She was easy to chat with, quick to answer, and got a new one sent out right away. More companies need people like her. Only giving 4 stars 'cause of the issue with the item.
