I've ordered from Inhalco maybe 4 or 5 times. I've never ever had any bad issues. Overall I'm pleased with both the items I received and my experience with their support. I'll be ordering again when Black Friday sale starts.

I purchased a battery nectar collector from inhalco online shop. The delivery took 7 days. This is my first time using dab tools from this brand. However, they have limited options, and I wish they could make more products.

I am giving this company 1 star because there is no option for less. I ordered a glass item on June 20th, 2024, and it arrived damaged. I immediately took pictures and sent them to their customer support. After a few weeks, I called them but got no reply. It's now November, and despite many efforts to reach out, I still haven’t heard from them. I will NEVER do business with them again. They don’t care about their products or their customers!!!

They seem to think it's not necessary to let customers know that nothing has been shipped or even that a shipping label has not been made. Reaching out to them is a must, as their customer service is lacking. Do better, Cathy.

We ordered a Gdash pen from them. It eventually came and everything looked fine until we tried to register it. The maker said it's a fake and not the genuine one. I have reached out to this company multiple times, but they do not reply.
