Moreover, the limited availability of 5XL in many desired items adds to the frustration of potential customers like myself. Adjusting the sizing and expanding options would greatly enhance the overall shopping experience.

I bought stuff from them on 30thNov2023. I had to send back the things because they didn't fit right. I paid to send them back 'cause they wouldn't give me a label. They got the stuff back on 21stJan, but they only refunded me for 5 out of 6 items. They said they gave me the refund on 10thFeb and it should take 7-10 days. But now it's 02ndApr2024, and I still haven't got it. I've been emailing them every week, but all they say is that my request is pending. No idea when I'll get my money back. Might have to tell my bank if they don't sort it soon.

Absolute nightmare!

Absolute nightmare! After placing an order, I received a tracking number that UPS couldn't validate despite three attempts. I had to report suspicious activity to my bank, resulting in a chargeback. Eventually, the package arrived, but when I tried to make payment to Kalesafe, they insisted on using PayPal. My bank won't reverse the chargeback, and now I'm stuck in this endless loop. I just want to return the items at this point, but Kalesafe has denied my return label request twice. This whole experience has been a complete disaster! Avoid Kalesafe at all costs!

Kalesafe is a total disappointment! The quality of the items is extremely poor, and when I tried to return them for a refund, I was shocked to find that the return shipping costs were even higher than the products' worth. The items I received looked nothing like the photos on their website. It's baffling how they manage to make them appear so good in the images. I ended up donating everything to charity because it simply wasn't worth spending over $100 to ship them back to China. I won't be shopping with them again. Avoid at all costs!

I purchased a pair of shorts from Kalesafe in July. Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong size, a mistake they admitted to. Despite acknowledging the error, they refused to rectify the situation. I took the initiative to return the shorts at my own expense, but they are unwilling to provide a refund or send the correct size. Throughout this process, their customer service has been highly unprofessional. I have paid for the shorts and the return, yet I am left with nothing in hand.

Absolutely bad experience! Made a purchase on Nov 18, 2023, and as of Nov 29, the status is still UN-SHIPPED. Like, what's going on? Sent multiple messages with zero response. Tried to cancel on the site, but no luck – the site just crashes every time. Everything else seems to work fine, though. Didn't even realize it was a Chinese-based operation. Thinking about hitting up the bank to see if I can get my money back. Should be a solid 0 rating, honestly. 😤👎

Bought a 3X shirt, and man

Bought a 3X shirt, and man, it was like they had their own sizing chart. The tag swore it was a 3X, but reality check, it was more like a large – and a snug one at that. Short on length and sleeves? You bet. Plus, the material was basically see-through. Ended up donating it to goodwill – my goodwill, not theirs. Not falling for that sizing trick again. No more purchases from this company for me.

Ordered some clothes from Kalesafe on 30th Nov 2023, but had to return them because the sizes were all off. Had to cover the return shipping myself since they wouldn't provide a return label. They got the items back by 21st Jan, but refused to refund all six items, only five. They said they issued the refund on 10th Feb and it should take 7-10 days. Fast forward to 2nd Apr 2024, still no refund. I've been chasing them every week, and all I get is "request is pending and awaiting approval." No other updates. If I don’t see my refund soon, might have to get my bank involved. This is ridiculous.
