Trying to exchange them turned into a nightmare. Hours wasted, automated messages galore—I felt trapped. But wait, it gets better (or worse)! They said 'easy returns,' but it was anything but. Even my credit card company suggested disputing the charges. Can you believe it? Now they want me to pay for shipping and an 'up charge' to exchange the unopened ones! Enough is enough. If you're tired of the runaround, read this before you shop. Underoutfit might have good products, but their customer service needs a serious overhaul. I have called underoutfit 3 times and left messages, because no one answers! They may give you 180 days to return product, but what good is that if you can't get in touch with them? The bras were not comfortable for me, as I'm 34DD. They pinched and I was constantly pulling it down.

Flimsy fabric, zero support – absolutely none. Followed the size guide, but the bra is excessively loose. Returning it is a costly and troublesome affair. Immensely dissatisfied with the overall experience!

Returns

My bras did not fit. I followed the instructions on the portal for returns and it said that I would receive a label the next day. 10 days later and no label. No phone # to contact company. Buyer beware!!

They had no problem taking my money but apparently have a problem sending the product!!! Then trying to reach customer service is almost impossible. The only response I got back is a link to a site I have no access too. So now I'm out the product AND my money!!! They are a rip off, so be very careful

The full coverage comfort bra is my favorite, not the perfect neckline one. It wasn't comfy enough for me. I wear 42ddd and need extra length under the cups. Now I own 6 of the full coverage bras!

I was billed by them but I had never placed an order. I called and reached someone who told me to return the package unopened via the post office. I did so and since then have not received the credit as promised nor have calls been returned. They are probably a scam. Stay away from their site.

Very misleading information regarding returns

Every time I try to initiate a return somehow they place an additional unsolicited order. It multiplies like rabbits..they are obviously a scam company.

It gives proper support for my apron belly without making my butt look flat or having uncomfortable seams at the thighs. Also, it's not too tight in the crotch, which usually happens with tummy control underwear. I'll definitely be buying more of these.

Not only are Underoutfit bras extremely comfy and well-fitting, their return policy is very generous and their customer service is awesome. I bought the size they recommended on their size chart and wore the bras for a month or so and just felt like they were a tad too big. So, I exchanged them hassle-free for the next size down and they are perfect. SO comfy!!

First, returning or changing product size/style is simple. Second, bras are really comfy. No need to take off at night due to discomfort. I like the support without underwire! Also, adjustable straps are great for short people like me with bigger chests. I can adjust for my height and make sure my chest is supported.

These bras are the best non-underwear bras I’ve ever used and I’ve tried quite a few. They’re just as supportive and give a nice curvy look under tight shirts, and the absence of underwear makes them feel so much better. My only complaint is the lack of specific sizing. It’s just small through extra large, but I’ve always found one that fits well for my neckline. They are especially great and don’t show under most clothes, though I would prefer a bigger band without such a large cup size on the whole. I highly recommend these bras, especially if you want something that feels good all day long. I like most bras and I’m not dying to take it off when I get home.

I saw these bras on Tamron Hall show and ordered them using a code. I must say, these are the most comfotable bras I've ever worn. That means a lot for me! After I got the first order, I bought 3 more!!! I gave it 4 stars because these bras don't offer much support for large busts (I wear a 38H), but they are perfect for weekends/casual wear. Finding the right size was a bit tricky, but I discovered that 3XL works best, though 2XL fits too. I prefer the adjustable strap bra over the non-adjustable one. I love supporting small companies. I will definitely order from them again.

I wish I could love the Comfort Shaping Bra, since it's comfortable, but it doesn’t shape as much as I thought it would. Later, I bought 2 more of the one I liked, but in another size. That was a wrong choice. So I returned those and got back my original size. ALL the returns were simple and came with FREE shipping. Since then, I bought 3 more things. These bras are the most comfy and flattering I’ve worn in over 70 years. Shopping without worries is great!

I've bought 5 of their most comfy bras recently. When I once ordered the wrong size, they quickly swapped it without any trouble! I receive great service and a good product from Underoutfit. I am a 38D, so XL fits me well. I can't think of wearing any other bras now, not even my workout tops. These are so much more comfy and supportive, and I don't need to fuss about the pads shifting or removing them for washing. Highly suggest this brand, no pun intended!
