Ordered online, package arrived broken and empty. ZALES said they'll contact me in 10-14 days. The worst online shopping experience. Don't count on any help if there's a problem. Never received my order or any refund. Avoid ordering online from them. If you do, just hope nothing goes wrong because they won't assist.

Do not buy anything from Zales. My order was delivered incorrect and I still haven't received it. Zales won't resend my order or give me the name of their insurance company so I can file a claim. I will never spend money here again!

I wish I had looked at reviews before!! Looks like Signet (whatever they are, wherever they’re based!!) has taken over Zales, Jared, and a bunch of other stores that used to be great. I just got an order and it’s nothing like described! The box is damaged and customer service can’t even get anyone to help. If this is how they feel about their products and customers, it’s terrible. I’m sure they’re not based in the USA! Don’t make my mistake. Go to local jewelers who care about their customers and stand by their goods. This is a slap in the face to anyone’s intelligence. I hope if they’re making poor quality stuff outside the USA, they get hit with tariffs and Americans stop wasting their hard-earned cash on this junk.

Very disappointing.

Very disappointing. There was a "$50 off your first order" offer on the screen with no small print or any details. It looked like a clear promo deal. But when I went to pay, it wouldn’t work. I reached out for help, and the customer service was rude, acting like they were in charge of every little rule. The agent didn’t even know what promo code I meant, so I sent her a screenshot, and then she gave me a long list of conditions that were never mentioned in the offer. She seemed more focused on saving the company a dollar than actually helping me. Because of this, I ended up not buying the two watches I planned on. It was going to be my first time shopping at Zales. Now I understand why their reviews are so bad.

I bought a 3 carat white diamond tennis necklace and it wasn’t worth the price I paid. I took it to a jeweler, and he said it’s not even close to being worth what I spent on it, basically telling me I got taken advantage of. I won’t buy jewelry from any mall jewelers again.
