This website is awful. I placed an order 19 days ago and their delivery team messed up my address. They told me to send the updated address, which I did, and then they just disappeared. When I asked them what was going on, they said address changes weren't possible and gave me a random PostNL number. The number didn’t work. After that, they sent me a DHL link to update my address, but the link wouldn’t let me do anything. I still haven’t heard from them about my refund, and my package still isn’t delivered. Distacart is a scam with horrible service and no help at all. Don’t order from this website, it's a scam.

Distacart is a company that genuinely looks after your order until it arrives at your home. I had some trouble with customs/tax because I ordered from Europe. FedEx sent me a bill for extra customs/tax charges. But when I reached out to Distacart, they acted quickly and handled everything for me. So, I didn't have to make any extra payment. I recommend Distacart if you need any herbal products. I've been using two of their items (Flexibility and Weight balance) for more than a month, and I've started to notice improvements in my joint mobility. I've even seen some weight loss as well. Thanks, everyone, for your quick respons and the prompt help. It shows that you keep your promises, which is something very valuable in today’s busy world full of false commitments.
