The communication after we bought the scooter was clear. We got updates via email when the order was shipped and when it was out for delivery. They also gave us a delivery window, which helped us plan and ensure someone would be home. Unfortunately, the scooter arrived with a problem – the rear wheel had a leaking tube. However, the customer service team was quick to respond, covering the cost of the replacement tube, giving us a $20 refund, and even sending a free helmet. We're happy with how they handled it all!

Good customer service. They answered all my questions without any issues. I told my friends about isinwheel. One bought the GT2 escooter, and two of them got the M10 ebike.

I wish I could give no stars! I ordered a scooter

I wish I could give no stars! I ordered a scooter for my grandson's Christmas gift on Dec. 2, 2024. The next day, the payment was taken from my account. Now, on Dec. 10, 2024, my order is still marked as "Label Created." Their website says shipping should take 3-5 days. Now, my order number is showing as invalid! No scooter, and my money is gone. It looks like my grandson won't have his gift this Christmas. I have contacted customer support and left several messages. I received one call back. I followed their instructions and sent a screenshot to customer support. Still waiting and waiting!

The company is really disappointing.

The company is really disappointing. The scooters always seem to break down. There is no help from customer service when you need it. A friend of mine had a very bad experience with these scooters, and we are now working to stop these careless and unreliable products from causing more issues.
