After reading some reviews, I was a bit unsure about ordering, but I’ve wanted these trainers for a long time, so I decided to give it a go, and I’m so happy I did! I ordered on the 3rd of January and they arrived on the 7th of January. I got updates along the way. I had seen many reviews mention that they run small, so I usually wear a 6.5-7, but I went for an 8. They fit perfectly 🫶 stunning trainers

I was happy with the sneakers I got during the sale last month! Good quality for a reasonable price. I did find it a bit annoying that with Steve Madden, I need to order 2 sizes smaller than I usually do. But it’s okay, I’ll get the right size next time. The thing I didn’t enjoy was the flood of newsletters and ads I got after buying the shoes. Overall, I am happy with the sneakers collection.

I got a pair of trainers worth £120 as a present & they've only been worn 3 times, so they're basically like brand new. But the stitching on one of them has come apart completely, which is really poor quality for that price. They won't offer a replacement or refund because it's "normal wear & tear," which is just unacceptable. I really don't suggest buying from them!

I made my order on December 28. I was charged on January 3. Now, it’s January 13, and I still haven't received any updates or information about my order. One customer service rep said “we’re doing inventory,” while another one mentioned “due to high order volumes.” 1. Don’t charge customers for orders that aren’t shipped. 2. Hire more staff to handle orders within your promised “3 to 7 business days shipping.” 3. Send updates to customers if there are delays instead of making them reach out and leaving bad reviews like this. I’m really upset, and if there’s no update or shipment by the end of this week, I’ll ask for a refund and buy somewhere else, never again from Steve Maden.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I bought a gift for my girlfriend on 29th November. The trainers are too small, and they won’t let me return them. Most companies give extra time during the Christmas season.
