    The front desk team has been really nice

    The front desk team has been really nice and supportive during my last two visits, and my office areas have been just right (tidy, nicely decorated, and at a comfortable temperature). This has seemed like a big change from last year when I visited Regus more frequently. The staff did a great job and I hope they get the recognition from management they deserve.

    I truly appreciate the team at Regus

    I truly appreciate the team at Regus I've met so far. Big thanks to Doug (Regional Manager), Tammie (Manager at Cherry Hill and Marlton), Myesha (our newer front desk associate), and Rodney (who stepped in for our front desk when we didn't have one!). Just to note... I would have mentioned the Marlton location, but it wasn't listed for review!

    $900+ dept for an office I never rented?!

    Have you ever been unexpectedly billed for a service you didn't register for??? Three years ago, I rented three virtual offices, ensuring automated deductions through my card. Imagine my surprise when I discovered unauthorized billing for a fourth office, amounting to a debt of $900+! Their manager mistakenly registered this fourth office in my name, and they have been billing me for it for three years now!! Over the past six months, I have written more than 20 letters and called their managers, but they continue to send me emails demanding payment without addressing their own mistakes. On May 15, 2024, one of their managers called me (she wanted to know when I would pay the debt), listened to my issue, and promised to investigate and send the results via email. Today is July 17, 2024, and I still have not received a response from them. Despite assurances of an investigation, no resolution has been provided for over two (!) months. TWO MONTHS!!!! The lack of transparency and accountability in this matter is deeply concerning. I urge you to reconsider any dealings with this company until they address such serious oversights and improve their customer service response and their process for resolving such cases. As for me, I will never use their services again.

    I’ve been dealing with a frustrating situation with Regus at Jhumat House, Barking. I had an office there for my business, Black Horse Care Limited, and wrapped things up over four months ago. Yet, I'm still waiting for my deposit back, despite their promise to return it within 30 days. I’ve reached out to them multiple times, but only after leaving a public review did they finally respond. They now claim they can’t find my account, even though I’ve given them all the necessary info. Their customer service is all over the place, and it seems like I'm not alone in this struggle — others have faced similar issues. Small businesses should be cautious about entrusting Regus with their funds. If things don’t get resolved soon, I’m considering further action.

    Honestly, dealing with the Regus

    Honestly, dealing with the Regus Offices in Fishers was such a headache. Waiting for a refund for three months felt like an eternity, and every time I thought I was getting somewhere, there was a new face to talk to. It's like they change representatives more often than I change my socks. And those fees? They just popped up out of nowhere. I felt like I was being taken for a ride with all the hidden costs. The worst part? Some interactions felt off, like there was some bias at play. It's disappointing to say the least. If you're looking for office space, you might want to think twice about heading to Regus in Fishers.

    I signed up for this

    I signed up for this service, thinking it would be a breeze to cancel if needed. Boy, was I wrong! Within hours of signing up, I realized it wasn’t for me and tried to cancel. Couldn't find a phone number anywhere and emails were met with nonsense replies. Finally reached someone, but they were no help at all. They just wouldn't let me cancel and somehow signed me up for a 12-month contract I never agreed to. Plus, they slapped on an extra $33 fee for who knows what! This company is a nightmare to deal with, and I wouldn’t trust them with a penny. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away!
