They misleadingly accepted payments for international delivery, later profusely apologizing for their inability to fulfill it. Moreover, they attempted to compensate by offering additional, unwanted services like notarization, exploiting the customer's prior financial commitment. This cautionary review aims to warn others against falling prey to these deceptive practices.

The service was really not good at all. It took them a whole week to sort out delivery when it should've been done in just 12 hours. And to top it off, they didn't even deliver the documents in the end. On top of that, they only refunded me 40 USD out of the 115 USD they charged for delivery. It's just not right.
