I wouldn't recommend using this company. It feels like a scam. I paid for their service but never got the instructions to open an account. When I reached out to them, they just kept directing me to the same instructions: open an account first, then do x and y. But, opening an account doesn't even work. They completely ignored my request for a refund for their useless service.

I had to open a PayPal dispute. They said I'd only get a refund if I closed the PayPal dispute, so I did. Even though the dispute is closed, I still haven't gotten my money back, and I showed proof of the closed dispute. PayPal thinks I might've been scammed by this company. I tried calling them, but the number is always busy. Seriously, don't buy anything if you have to pay through this company. They're like, practically crooks.

They allowed a scam to happen, and I ended up with a $50 charge due to a fraudulent chargeback. What's worse, they won't let me process refunds for legitimate returns, and support emails begging for help go unanswered. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company.

Avoid this company; their support center provides inaccurate and simplistic diagnoses. Despite requesting a refund within the legally mandated 14-day period, it was denied.

Avoid this service! They suspended my account without explanation and are withholding my funds for six months. No transparency or communication. Terrible experience. Stay away from this untrustworthy platform.
