I was very nervous about shipping my car across the country. So many choices, I picked transportsaver.com and Thomas. We only texted, which was easy but made me worry if it's real. Thomas was fast, pro, got pickup in 2 hours. I waited for issues, but none. Car came quick. Driver was great, so happy!

Moreover, the initially agreed-upon price of $200 escalated without clear explanations, reaching $275, $300, and eventually $350. The communication breakdown worsened as the company stopped responding altogether, only to resume with early morning calls and texts offering a driver for car pickup. The impracticality of their scheduling became apparent, especially since I no longer resided in Phoenix, facing a three-hour distance. Despite explaining this limitation to the company, they seemed unresponsive and failed to grasp the logistical challenges. They justified the fluctuating prices by labeling them as "estimated quotes" dictated by the drivers, creating a misalignment with the initially agreed-upon $200 pickup. The overall experience with this company was disappointing, highlighting the challenges and unreliability inherent in the vehicle transport industry, rife with dubious practices, dishonesty, and an overall lack of dependability.
