I want to share my positive experience with the customer service team. This morning, I had a small issue placing my order online, and I couldn't finish the process because my billing and shipping addresses didn't match. I forgot to check the box to indicate they were the same, which caused the issue. The system can be tricky, especially since we use both a P.O. Box and a street address. However, the representative who assisted me was really helpful in resolving it. Big thanks to her for being so patient and understanding!
