There are times when it feels like tech companies

There are times when it feels like tech companies just have bots responding, giving you robotic answers. I picked the wrong plan and needed help. After a while, I got in touch with Justin who fixed everything for me by canceling my subscription, refunding the full payment, and letting me pick the right plan. I’ve been using Issuu for years and now I’m sticking with them for good. Thanks.

The tech advisor (Ivy) was really nice and patient. She looked into the issue I had and got back to me fast to show me the right way to fix it. I'm not very good with tech stuff, and she was awesome in helping me out. I've always got good customer service from Issuu.

I quite like what Issuu offers. It's nice that they don't make you pay for using their service. The free plan is really good and can help lots of people who can't afford it otherwise. I appreciate this and might consider upgrading later on if it's not too pricey.

I've been usin' Issuu for a while now 'cause we got lotsa bereavement books for kids and families. It helps us make good LOOK INSIDE books and does a lotta other stuff too. Had a problem this week, but they fixed it and were real helpful.

I received a basic plan as a student. Yet, I am having troubles with sharing my portfolio to get a job. I thought 60$ was high for this reason.

My experience with Issuu has been less than satisfactory due to insufficient support. While they are responsive to sales inquiries, I've found their customer support lacking in addressing specific needs. One glaring issue is related to the platform's claim of accommodating any page dimension. I've encountered problems where square pages appear stretched on the mobile single-page viewer, and it seems this problem isn't unique to my publications. Even after resizing my content to traditional page dimensions, these distortion issues persist. To make matters worse, Issuu lacks a dedicated help forum, and their pre-filled Q&A responses are often unhelpful. I hope for improved customer support and technical issue resolution to enhance the platform's usability.
