I bought the eight sleep pod, but due to a tech issue during setup, I ended up with an extra membership that wasn’t needed. I canceled it following customer service’s advice. Returned the pod within 30 days since it didn’t work as promised. I was drawn in by the hype and endorsements. They refunded the mattress but won’t give back the $200 - $300 for the membership, saying it was my mistake and they can’t refund it. Now I have a canceled membership for a product I no longer have. My eight sleep pod review for 2024: Save your money. The sleep didn’t get better; it actually got worse. The app is simple and doesn’t do much. You’d expect more smart features for the price. Overall, I’m dissatisfied with the eight sleep pod and the customer service. It’s been 6 months trying to get my money back, and I’ve given up. I’ll just warn others about what to expect with the eight sleep pod.
