There are some significant issues that I feel compelled to highlight for potential users. Firstly, buried within their terms is a clause granting them the authority to open packages at their discretion, regardless of the customer's preference. This raises security concerns, especially given the prevalence of scams targeting sensitive mail. I find this policy troubling and it undermines my trust in their service. Secondly, the shipping prices are notably high, exacerbated by ongoing issues with USPS. Despite these challenges, US Global Mail has not made efforts to negotiate discounts with alternative carriers, resulting in exorbitant shipping costs, sometimes exceeding $300. Furthermore, the inability to manage multiple locations or addresses under a single account limits flexibility. While they recommend their Texas location for optimal service, other options are outsourced and may not provide the same level of quality. Overall, while US Global Mail offers some convenience, particularly for package relay, the issues with privacy, high shipping costs, and limited address management are concerning. At the end of October, I spoke with a representative and believed I had ceased the service. To my surprise, a bill arrived in December, revealing that cancellation required an online process. As a loyal customer for six months each year, I expected a gesture of goodwill, such as crediting the two months paid, towards future use. However, my attempts at communication regarding this issue have been met with silence, leaving me profoundly disappointed in the service's termination process and the absence of compensation for longstanding patrons like myself.
