My 8-month-old Old English Sheepdog had constant diarrhea even with trying different good brands. Even with added meat, the problem stayed, and she wasn't gaining weight. After negative poop tests and failed attempts with different kibbles for sensitive stomachs, we tried Ollie again, despite the cost. The results were remarkable – her diarrhea cleared up within 24 hours, and her poop became less smelly and easier to pick up. So, after seeing my poor puppy worn down and cleaning up diarrhea 5 times a day, the money spent is worth it. Plus, the benefits extend beyond solving her digestive issues: excellent customer service, convenient packaging, and prompt delivery.

I don’t waste food anymore! I used to find it hard to get my dog to eat. His food would sit for hours before he finished a bowl. Now he eats his Ollie food as soon as I put it down for him. And having multiple flavors is great because he doesn’t get bored with his food. Ollie packs the food to stay frozen for a long time. So I don’t worry if it's delivered while I’m at work. Their customer service is quick to respond, polite, and very helpful. We’ve been ordering Ollie for about 2 months now and the whole experience has been nice.

Me an Desmo (my 4 year old husky) have been enjoying Ollie for just about two months now and I’ve NEVER seen him this excited over food. ever. He’s a picky eater and we’ve tried many brands, but even if I motion toward the fridge, he gets aware and excitable. I strongly recommend rotating the flavors, it’s only a few more bucks a month and really does leave them guessing on what protein they’ll get night-to-night. So far, I have nothing but good things to say about Ollie, and I commend them for these fresh/on-time meals!

I wasn’t sure what to expect from Ollie at first, especially after trying another brand with raw freeze dried food that seemed to have good ingredients. My 8lb pure white Pomeranian didn’t like it at all and wouldn’t eat for 3 days, only going for freeze dried treats like beef liver and chicken hearts! The shipping was fast, and they even asked for my puppy’s name, weight, and age. Benny (Bentley) loved the food right away, and I’m happy knowing he’s getting the right nutrition. My 3-year-old Westies, Fiona & Finley, seem to enjoy the fresh food and treats from Ollie. I like that the packaging isn't too much, and it's simple to keep in the freezer (I just move meals to the fridge the day before). The nutrition quality also seems solid. My picky dogs like their meals, and that makes me happy! Ollie’s customer service has been friendly and helpful. The team is always available to help with plans and questions. I’m glad I found Ollie, and Fiona & Finley are too!

I love Ollie as much as my kids

I love Ollie as much as my kids love their food. The customer service is phenomenal, and I genuinely wish all companies had a customer service team like theirs. They are patient, kind, attentive, sincere, and effective in resolving any issues. Whether it's because they get to work with their dog kids or they have the best employees, I don't know, but I have never had a bad experience. I sincerely hope they are compensated well for their exceptional service.

I'm quite pleased with Ollie's. Our dog loves their home-delivered food, especially the 1/2 dry/wet mix. The customer service was very helpful, assisting with initial orders. Our dogs really enjoy it, and it's helped with their stomach issues related to eating grass. Overall, I'd suggest it, although the cost is a concern for us. Apart from that, no problems. Changed our dog's diet to Ollie to help with weight control and skin problems. After finding out what kibble contains, I didn't feel right feeding it to her—really unappetising! She’s been on Ollie for a few months now, and we’ve seen quite a few benefits—mainly she's at a healthier weight and has way more energy! She seems happier overall and LOVES her meals now. With kibble, she ate it reluctantly. Thank you Ollie!

If it hadn’t been for Ollie, my dog might still be picky about her food. After nearly 2 years of experimenting with different brands, Ollie turned things around. I suggest Ollie to anyone. Just remember to freeze them or thaw them a day ahead before serving, and store them in the fridge for no more than two days, or they can spoil. So, be attentive to your furry friends' meals!

So, my English Mastiff Spartacus (also called Handsome or Bubbas) is 14 months old, and we had trouble finding a food he'd eat regularly. Meal times are now fun, and his coat looks great. Mastiff shedding is crazy, but with Ollie’s, it's much less.

Shipping is great I always get my food completely frozen and fresh. My dog Mochi loves all the food but is allergic to chicken so I'm glad they have other options besids beef for her. I also love the sweet potato in there for better digestion.

This company is great for Popeye! He loves the food, and since I've got sensory issues, that the food doesn't smell helps a lot - and - even his poop doesn't smell anymore. Shipping is timely, packaging recyclable. Overall a great experience.

The first shipment had an issue with dry ice exploding, and the second arrived thawed. Despite this, my dogs love the food. I wish there were more than five options, and it's inconvenient that the lamb needs special handling. Additionally, it's strange that kcal per pack isn't mentioned on the website. I'm considering trying another company for better shipping or local pickup. Contacting them via email can be challenging, but text messages offer a faster response. So far, the customer service has been helpful.

It adheres stubbornly to the spoon, making it akin to glue. Chopping it up within the bowl and blending it with the dry food becomes a cumbersome task.

The package and “poster” were damaged. This is quite upsetting. The poster has creases and tears on the edges, and since it’s poster paper, the picture is messed up where the folds are. I recommend using a tube in the middle and one around it.

Scammy business model

I got the trial food delivered on the 27th of July and on the SAME day I got the only email to tell me the next delivery was prepping? Next thing I know it's the 2nd of Aug. and a box of new food shows up on my door. Sure enough, burried in way way way too many emails from this company which I exactly was disregarding. That’s rich. This is so SCAMMY! People don’t expect an email so fast, a delivery so soon on a TRIAL order, you can’t determine if you want more of a product the literal day it arrived and you have barely introduced it to you pets. Basically the defaut setting they start you out with is weekely delivery. I believe they are intentionally doing this to rope people into buying more product with out realizing it. Nobody is looking out for an email the same day a trial order arrives. (I've used Farmer's Dog and they don't do this, I hate subscribition based models.) I'm hoping they do the right thing and refund in full. Other wise I'll be sure to leave reviews high and low and hit the socials. The food is fine, smells stinky, Farmer's Dog smells much better and like human food- chicken soup smell, this is more like stinky wet pet food but not as strong. I can't even comment on how the dog is doing on it b/c it's barely been any time- but time enough for them to extort $120 from me.
