Dis company's product ain't great.

Dis company's product ain't great. Da bottom part ain't steady n' da design ain't well-thought-out. I knew I wasn't gettin' da best quality fer da price, but I didn't reckon I'd have ta fix it jus' ta make it usable. Ya can find betta stuff fer da same cash. Ain't gonna buy from New Cat Condos again.

I purchased a cat tree from New Cat Condos.

I purchased a cat tree from New Cat Condos. The pictures made the trees look solid, with thick carpet and sturdy build. They seemed heavy and durable. But, they are actually pretty poor quality. I haven't contacted the company yet. I emailed them right after I took it out of the box. I found better ones secondhand at goodwill. I would’ve preferred buying that brand, but they’re not labeled with any name. I was tricked into thinking I was getting a good play and napping tree for my cats. Very let down. The carpet is so thin, you can see the backing right through it. I’m not even sure if there's real wood under the carpet, if there is, it's paper thin. The tree is really wobbly. The only decent part is the rope. My cats have used both old and new condos, but haven’t even touched this one in the 3 days it’s been up. Never buying online again.

The cat trees are ok. Don't buy from their actual website. BAD customer service. No one answers the phone or returns calls. I got a damaged tree with missing parts. Called for days. Emailed repeatedly. Never got a call back. Took 6 days for email response. Another 3 days for return label. Still waiting for refund after over a week they recieved it. Buy from Amazon or wayfair. Better customer service. I'll never buy from New Cat condos again!! Such a headache. They'll keep your money even after repeated emails and calls about my refund. Check BBB complaints on this company. Ongoing thing.

Their product isn't built well and doesn't feel stable. The lower part wobbles and doesn't seem fully fixed. We didn't expect top-notch quality given the price, but we also didn't anticipate having to tweak it just to make it usable. You can get better quality for the same price elsewhere. I won't be purchasing anything else from New Cat Condos.

I got a big 70" cat tree from this website.

I got a big 70" cat tree from this website. It was poorly made, not stable, and tilted. To send it back, I'd have to pay a lot. I called to complain, they offered a discount and wall mounts, but I got nothing. I tried to leave a bad review, but it never showed up. Can't trust that store. I'd buy from someone else.

Absolutely Terrible! They boast

Absolutely Terrible! They boast American Made; however, these products look like they were thrown together by cross-eyed monkeys. This particular review is for two tall scratching posts. One was perfect, and the other has a cracked bottom/base, and the post itself is wobbly and unstable, and the base teeters on the wood floor. I sent 3 e-mails with a video and a picture of the damage, and I have called several times. They never answer the phone, and there's no answering machine. It just rings then disconnects. I’m sure I’m not the only infuriated customer. The item was shipped damaged/defective because the box was pristine when it arrived. Absolutely unacceptable! They actually have the audacity to send a link to review them, but mysteriously an unfavorable review never gets published. They only post the favorable reviews. These people probably laugh all the way to the bank at their customers' expense. Despicable business practice!
