My experience with Pet Creations Art has been two-fold. Initially, I ordered a portrait for a grieving couple, memorializing their beloved pup Katie. The collaborative process, with regular status updates and the flexibility to make adjustments, made it a meaningful experience for us. Later, I utilized a discount for a blanket and mug featuring my Boston, Lilly, and Yorkie, Pippa. Once again, PCA delivered, and the blanket stands out as a beautiful piece of pet-inspired art. Awesome! I just received my canvas, and it's so much like her. Pet Creations Art managed to capture the very essence of my beloved late poodle girl. Throughout the review process, Sophia paid close attention to the smallest comments or wishes and understood exactly what I meant. Even when the shipping process became complicated (I live in a challenging area), she was incredibly helpful, dedicated, and kind. She successfully got my canvas delivered! I can't wait to order from this company again; they are truly amazing.

I saw some bad reviews about this company, but I decided to order a canvas of my dog anyway. The canvas came today, and it’s very good. They have shown his personality well. The cost was fair for the effort put in, and the canvas was nicely packed. Sophia was helpful throughout the process. I highly suggest Pet Creatons Art.

Ordered on 12/1 with promised

Ordered on 12/1 with promised Christmas delivery. Despite technical issues, they assured an art preview by Christmas, but it arrived on 12/28. Numerous unanswered messages since 12/19, and when the art was finally received, it was incorrect. Frustrated by poor communication and disregard for customer service; won't consider working with them again.
