Our dog is feeling better now!

Our dog is feeling better now! After our dog got acute kidney failure from eating something he shouldn’t and having an unknown kidney problem, we were really worried. We tried cooking some recipes at home and also ordered the meal kit. He LOVES the food! In just one day, he became more active, his fur got soft, and he is scratching less. While he isn’t completely healed yet, he is doing much better. We’re grateful for this food that helped us enjoy more time with our playful little buddy.

This company really cares about dog food.

This company really cares about dog food. I contacted them several times and they replied fast. My 9-month-old doodle has a sensitive tummy, recovering from antibiotics, and gut imbalance. This made his poops really bad for a while. With probiotics, Chi dog food has made his poops better. He really enjoys it, and it's balanced so I don't need to add anything else. We switch between chicken and turkey. I'll definitely keep buying from them.

My 11 year old Yorkie has diabetes and pancreatitis.

We nearly lost our fur baby because he wouldn’t eat anything I gave him. Not even the home cooked meals made for his pancreatitis. I spent hours looking for food until I found Chi Dog. Chi Dog saved Ferdy’s life. After not eating for almost 4 days, he finally tried Chi Dog’s Fire diet. Since then, his appetite got better and he’s as active as before. Thanks to Chi Dog for saving my Ferdy!

Our dog was told he has Cushing’s disease (liver values of 997) before starting the Fire diet. After eating Chi Dog food for a month, his liver values went down to 760. He really likes the food and we hope his numbers keep droping. (He’s also using Adrenal supplements to help his health).

Pet care and service. I have spoken with them on the phone and emails, always very nice. My dogs enjoy the food.

My dogs enjoy the food, and it got here fast. I was suprised when I got just 1 meal for each dog, even though they suggested 3 for one and 2 for the other. I thought I’d get a mix of all the recommendations or maybe an amount based on their weight. Instead, they sent a booklet with a general feeding guide. Considering the cost, I expected more. Also, some of the bags have small holes or slits after defrosting, probably from moving around too much. I’ll keep buying, but it's not quite what I thought.

I haven't seen much change in my dog's behavior yet. He enjoys the food (he eats almost anything) but seems to struggle with fully digesting the carrots in the Fire diet. I contacted the company, and they suggested soaking the food in warm water before serving, which I already do since it’s cold straight out of the fridge, or pureeing it, which I might try. I was hoping for a gradual decrease in his anxious behavior, but I’ll keep giving it a shot.

My dog enjoyed the Chi Dog food. It appears to be good quality. We made two orders but canceled after that since it's too costly for us to keep up. The one-month supply only lasted 3 weeks, so now I'm preparing the food myself. It wasn't what I wanted to do, but for money reasons, I'll keep doing it. If you have the cash and are busy, Chi Dog is a solid choice.

Absolutely disappointed with the customer service! Transparency in pricing is nonexistent. Inquiring about prices and size guidelines yielded a frustrating response - no information provided. Promised to tailor food amounts to my dog's weight, but displayed a shocking lack of knowledge about my pet's needs. It's evident they discourage comparison shopping. Overall, a regrettable experience with a company that falls short on communication and understanding pet requirements.
