I wish to give credit to a sales helper at your Brookhaven, PA store. Ronni is quite nice and helpful. She does extra to assist with questions and is very efficient and dedicated at her work.

Petsmart's website is really bad.

Petsmart's website is really bad. First, I tried to get the gift card that was 10% off, but I couldn't check out. They either say my card is no good, or I can check out but then my order gets declined. Then, I attempted to do online checkout during the 20% off promotion plus 15% cashback on Rakuten, but I still can't check out. There is always some kind of error when I try. I called customer support, and they told me they would make an IT ticket and work on it later since the promo might run out soon. A week later, I still can't check out, so I called again. They said they could check out for me on their end. I asked about the promotion, since the last person promised me some sort of compensation. They said the best they could do was $10 off my next order. Haha, you heard that right, just $10 off. At this point, I don’t want to buy anything from petsmart again; I've wasted so much time and effort on their website.

I decided to close my account after the groomer made a mess of my dog’s hair. I had asked for something simple, and there was no reason to cut his top knot, yet that’s exactly what happened. The cut looked deliberate, and she tried to hide it with a ponytail. I called the next morning, but they hung up on me. The manager on duty didn’t seem to care, though they did issue a refund. The grooming manager never reached out, and when I contacted corporate, they basically told me I had my refund and should be happy. I’ll never give them my business again.

I had an awful time with PetSmart Brandon Florida grooming, their service is beyond awful, no words to explain how bad it is, the staff are very rude. I tried to get a bath for my 14-year-old female Shih Tzu, and they treated her so poorly, she is an old dog and needs patience from people. I just left her for the bath and after 2 minutes they called me to get her immediately because she was scared, when I got her, she was trembling and very nervous.

If you buy anything from Pet Smart, they automatically renew your prescription every year (instead of monthly)! They won't cancel the automatic renewal even when you ask. I had to dispute the charge. One year later (after my dog passed), they renewed the prescription again without my approval. It's all about their own profit, with no responsibility taken. Never buying from this terrible and irresponsible company again!

They advertised a $10 discount for orders over $50

They advertised a $10 discount for orders over $50 with free shipping on July 4th. The terms link didn't work. I spent $57.97 expecting the discount but it didn't apply. The manager couldn't help and gave me a main office number. I called Monday and they said it was only for certain items. No explanation for the broken terms link. I'll shop for pet supplies elsewhere.
