I’ve been tricked too!!

I’ve been tricked too!! My order never showed up. The tracking number they gave me from FedEx says it’s not for my package, it’s for someone else’s. I called Blains and they told me it’s in Lenexa, KS since 1/16/25, but FedEx says it’s not there. Blains said I need to contact the Corporate Office and they’ll get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. Funny how fast they are when it comes to charging my credit card!

Bought a Yeti cooler, originally priced at $250, now $211.88. Is it a good buy? Yeti itself lists the same cooler for $200, and BassPro does too, so I asked for a price match according to their policy. The front-end manager on duty turned me down, saying “it’s a different manufacturer.” I showed her the item on Bass Pro's site, explaining it’s a YETI, same color and style, but she dismissively said again “it’s a different manufacturer” and walked off. On Blain’s site, the cooler isn't discounted to $211.88 and is $250. So, be cautious about their “Price Match Guarantee” and varying prices for the same item. I ended up returning the cooler and purchasing it directly from Yeti's website for $200 with free shipping.

I'm not sure what has happened to this company. They had a good reputation for over 50 years. After reading other reviews and having similar problems myself, I’ll keep it short. The shipping and handling fees change far too often. One month it’s $7.99, and the next it can jump to $50, which is just too much. To make matters worse, the quality of the products has really dropped. I spent over $100 on pantry goods and snacks, and most of it was stale and expired. I’m still waiting for a refund call back.

Do not get stuff from this company. It's a mess. I bought an ice maker. It came used, dirty, and broken. I returned it, but it's been weeks and no money back. They keep making me wait and giving me the same excuses.

I had my tires rotated, and less than a month later

I had my tires rotated, and less than a month later, the front driver-side tire came off. Farm & Fleet won't admit fault. They were unkind, so good luck if you go with them. The tow truck driver had a rough time with them, and the guy at the auto parts store had a bad experience too. They didn’t take any responsibility at all. You’d think they’d at least refund the cost of the service they messed up. Luckily, we have a lawyer in the family.

Absolutely awful experience every time

Absolutely awful experience every time I visit this store! Especially the Sturtevant, Wisconsin spot. Very rude and not helpful at all.
