I've had my sugar gliders for nearly 6 years and I've been getting everything I need from Exotic Nutrition for that entire time. I’ve never had any problems with my orders, and my gliders enjoy their treats, toys, food, and other items. I’m happy to have discovered them, and they’ll continue to get my business as long as I keep exotic animals :)

I got my order quick, what I got is just like they said. Prices are fair. Food packaging is good, order packaging is good too. Didn't need to talk to customer service yet. Overall, I'm pleased and will keep buying from them.

They're a great company with fast shipping. Product's well worth what I spent on it. I have the 11 inch Wodent wheel and my hamster loves it, he runs on it all night. It's quiet so I can sleep even with him running. By far the best product I bought, love it!

Received 10 lbs of dried black soldier flies for my chickens, and half of the bag is dust. Although we've ordered from this company before without issues, this time was disappointing. When I contacted the company about the problem, they suggested rough handling during shipment and offered a $5 discount on the next shipment. Unfortunately, this experience has left me hesitant to order from them again.
