We’ve been feeding Maximus Cat Person

We’ve been feeding Maximus Cat Person exclusively for over a year now. A while ago, our order seemed to disappear during shipping. I contacted them, and they quickly sent another order without any cost. When the original order eventually arrived, I let Cat Person know, and they said I could keep both orders for free. The service is great. We’ve recently adopted Uma, and now both of our cats are enjoying the finest food.

I've been using CatPerson's Chicken and Turkey dry food

I've been using CatPerson's Chicken and Turkey dry food exclusively for a year now. My cat has a sensitive stomach, so the vet recommended sticking to a steady diet to prevent illness and liver issues. Since starting CatPerson, she hasn't been sick. I order 4-5 bags for free shipping. However, shipping is slow and the packaging is bulky. Also, my cat's coat and skin haven't improved and might be worse. Overall, though, this food helps her tummy problems and keeps her healthy.

The customer service is non-existant.

The customer service is non-existant. I've submitted two complaints, but there’s been no response. One packet of the cognitive blend was puffed up in the new box I got. I threw it away and contacted them with pictures. I have a feeling the whole box is no good. None of my cats will go near it, which is odd because they usually enjoy it.

Quality has been all over the place in the past year

Quality has been all over the place in the past year, like different companies are making the product. Lately, it looks like they're adding air and water to make the pate foil top cups puff up, and my cats are now ignoring the food. I heard they recently sold out to another company.

I placed an order over a week ago, and tracking still shows USPS has not received the package. I'm really thinking about moving to a healthier store brand. I’ve used this for years, but the shipping keeps getting worse. It’s disappointing since the dry food is decent.
