My fish (Hogchoker Sole) came on time, packed carefully, and in great shape. Suggestion: It would be helpful if you listed the size of the fish on the website. I didn’t expect it to be so small. Not a big deal, though. He'll get bigger. Thank you!

I opted for the most affordable shipping option, but despite that, my fish arrived swiftly and in excellent condition both times. The communication throughout the process was outstanding!

Even though my arowana

Even though my arowana died because of shipping issues, everyone on the phone was still very nice and they have lots of different fish to pick from.

The company is not very good.

The company is not very good. They didn't handle my issue well when my shrimp died. I showed them in a video, but they asked for pictures after I got rid of them. They could have offered me store credit.
