This Product Does Not Work! Seduced by their convincing adds that their product releases magic scents that can help keep cats calm and reduce accidents outside the liter box, I purchased their product seeing that they have a 100% MONEY BACK RISK FREE TRIAL guarantee that promises that if their product does not work, you get your money back. All over their homepage they repeat this claim. I should have realized that a product claiming to be magic is about as useful as magic beans and when went to get my money back the 100% money back risk free trial had some exceptions that were conveniently NOT included on their home page. You have to pay return shipping and pay $9. I reiterated to them that a money back guarantee risk free trial means just that. They offered to knock 30% off what I paid but for a product that is cute, the little duck diffusers are precious, the product itself does not work. There is nothing magic about their product and my cats had zero reaction to them despite my having 4 diffusers. It is a shame to take advantage of cat lovers, especially those who are having struggles with their cats and sadly will try anything - including being scammed - to make life easier for their pets. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK, the diffusers will leak all over the floor leaving an oily residue and causes damage to wood flooring, but it does nothing to help alleviate the stress and anxiety for the cats. The one thing it does do is cause stress and anxiety for consumers who pay a lot of money for magic oily water looking for any sign that their investment for their pets will work. It does not work and is an absolute waste of money and charging people return shipping and $9 for what is supposed to be a 100% money back risk free guarantee is truly false advertising and a deceptive business practice. There are no little exceptions or notations on their home page warning people in fine print that what they are advertising in giant print is a lie. Buyer beware - stay away from this product. If it works for you - that's amazing and congratulations. It is more likely a person hoping and believing something to be true and thinking it is working (the power of suggestion) rather than it actually working. It is a more effective and better value to buy a can of lavender Febreze and spray it once a day in that you would at least have something to smell whereas this magic useless water does absolutely nothing.

Product arrived quickly - only positive thing!;

I received my order quickly, but that’s where the positives ended. Upon opening the box, I found one of the bottles had leaked all over the other. After cleaning them up, I followed the instructions carefully, yet the product did not work. I tested it in multiple outlets, even in a closet to see if the light would activate as described—nothing. When I contacted customer support, I explained my troubleshooting efforts in detail, only to receive a generic response suggesting the very steps I’d already tried. After more back-and-forth, they requested photos and a video as proof, which was not mentioned in their return policy. Their 'resolution' was that I could return the product at my own expense, pay a $9.00 restocking fee, or keep it and accept a 45% refund—neither option felt fair for a product that didn't work. I eventually gave up on email support and attempted to return it in person since I live in Texas, but I couldn’t even confirm if the listed address was valid. As a small business owner, I always stand behind the products I sell; this company, unfortunately, did not.

Poor customer service

Unfortunately it did not help my cats, made them lethargic and loss of appetite and stayed clear of them. Decided to do the 30 day return if "it did not meet my expectations" Got the 30% off offer which was for me $14,00 or return it with $9.00 restocking fee and shipping return at my cost. I decided on the latter and then get yet another email to send pictures and then if approved an address to send back to...and that it must be sealed and unused,,,what????? how would i know if it was not to my expectation if I did not try or use it!!!! Still no resolution!

This product does work well!

This product does work well! I have 3 cats that have never gotten along, one that has been treated for bad anxiety with three different options. I bought TheraPet before changing houses because I worried about how they would handle the move, it was a smart choice! The cats were calm during the transition and settled into the new home in just a few days. They are now more relaxed, and there have been fewer fights among the three. I can tell when it's time to get a refill, as the cats start misbehaving again when it runs out. Compared to other similar products, I find TheraPet to be the most effective and the best value.

I bought two diffusers to try out wiht my dog. He used to get anxious when we left him alone. After moving, being alone became tough for him. We saw him on camera howling and pacing by the door. Since using TherapetMD, he doesn’t howl by the door anymore. He seems more relaxed and less stressed. I have one in his sleep room and one in the hall. Our place is around 1,600 sqft., and two work well for us. No smells or scents are noticed. I’ve told all my friends with pets about it.

Therapet really responds to questions and delivers on schedule. I’m in Australia, and it arrived in just 5 days. Plus, this product is very good at what it’s meant to do. My two cats stopped fighting and kept quiet at night. I was so pleased I told a friend with 10 indoor cats on his farm who was having a tough time with their fights and mess. He bought 3 diffusers and called me the next day, amazed at how well and quickly the product worked. I’ve now ordered 24 refills in one go, haha. Definitely worth it.

Don't Waste Your Money

If I could give no stars I would. After purchasing multiple diffusers with refills this product had no effect on any of our 3 dogs. I have given it time to work, moved the diffuser to different outlets and then one of our dogs peed right in front of the outlet where it was. I reached out to customer service who proceeded to tell me to place the diffuser in different areas, give it some time. Well not too much time I guees, becuase they will not refund after 30 days. They do not stand behind their product. Wish I would have dug a little deeper and read more reviews. Dont waste your money.

I adopted an older cat (10 y/o) from a shelter 6 years ago who had been returned 3 times due to her fearfulness. We formed a close bond. Four months back, another older cat (9 y/o) arrived at the shelter and no one wanted him because of his age (Maine Coon). I decided to give him a shot, but my home became chaotic. B**** went back to being fearful and A**** turned into a bully! I bought the Calming Diffuser Kit and set it up in 3 places. It took about 2 weeks, but it does help! There are meds like a magic drink that calms my puppies down. So when we go out, they just chill and snuggle on the couch before that. Before, they would go wild, pee everywhere in the housee, and chew on anything they saw. Now they seem calmer and more comfy even when we're at home. I really can't recommend this enough. This is the third time I've bought it and we've been really happy with how it works. We strongly recommend this product.

We had been using the Feliway diffuser for our cats before. Our male cat especially started behaving poorly about a month ago. He was peeing on the bed and the floor mats near the bed. We decided it was time to try something new. So, we switched to the TherapetMD diffuser last month as part of the changes. Luckily, Marky is mostly behaving better now. No more peeing on the bed!

We've got 52 indoor cats, and TherapetMD pheromone diffusers have been helpful in keeping them relaxed, reducing marking and fights. We've used TherapetMD for nearly a year, and we're quite happy with the results. It seems to work better than Feliway, which we tried before. We'd definitely suggest giving TherapetMD a try.
