website works well easy to buy and check out. I had to fix something in my order. They sorted it fast and let me know. The new order came fast and my dog is happy with the toy and the car seet. It has a high pillow, so he can see out the window without standing funny.

It took a bit to arive but thats ok with how things are going in the world. The Shepherds realy enjoy the product. It's made well and we kind of regret not getting a second one.

I purchased two cream-colored teddy fleece sofa slipcovers. They arrived today and are exactly as shown on the website. The price was good, especially with the discount codes, and they even included a free toy for my dog! The only downside was the delivery time, which took about two weeks, but it wasn't urgent, so it was okay. I had some doubts after reading reviews, but I’m pleased I went ahead with the order since everything else similar was way more expensive!

Should have checked reviews before buying from this company. After emailing back and forth for almost a month, still no return address or refund! Just want to return something, shouldn't be this hard to get an address! Wish I could give zero stars!!

Chinese scamming company

Update - Dec 12 2024 After having told my experience with FunnyFuzzy on a number of sites such as this one and daily resending my last email to them, the company announced a full reimbursement. The payment has been received. I’ve purchased a Large Deluxe Faux Leather Dog Car Seat Booster Bed - Urban Voyager with a hefty Black Friday reduction (or so I thought). I’ve lost the equivalent of about 150 USD: the goods have left their warehouse twice, only to be returned each time by the logistics company. Since then, no more updates from Funny Fuzzy, which is a Chinese company, not an American one. They have not replied to any of my emails. On sites such as TrustPilot, they have an extremely low score, even if some people seem to receive their goods.

I would rate this company a 0 because the customer support is awful. I bought a blanket more than a month ago and still haven’t got it. I opened a dispute with PayPal, and they replied saying they’ll give me a refund only if I cancel the dispute. This company is a ripoff, so don’t buy from them.

The company is not good. The product quality was disappointing and the size wasn't as expected. I tried to ask for a refund, but they just kept avoiding my request. I have sent more than 10 emails asking for the return address, but they never reply to my question.
