We got the Stateline Dog

We got the Stateline Dog Watch Hidden fence put in during the Summer of 2023. We taught our 2 stubborn beagle puppies, who were only a few months old back then. Laurie and her team at Stateline Dog Watch gave us a plan for training that we followed exactly. In just a few weeks, the puppies were fully trained. We haven't done any other training since then. Today, in March 2024, my beagles were barking at a rabbit just a few feet away from them. It was right outside their boundary, but they didn't cross it. We sadly lost our dear dog last spring because he ran out into the road and got hit by a car. We didn't have a fence then. Thanks to Stateline Dog Watch and Laurie's training, we don't have to worry about that anymore. We feel safe now. Laurie is really professional and nice. She works with all kinds of dogs, no matter how much training they need. She even brings her own dog to the trainings. Just by watching her with her dog, you can tell she knows what she's doing. And if I ever have any questions, she's always just a text or call away. We got estimates from other companies, but my coworkers told me, "Laurie is the best! Go with her!" They were right!

I’m not great with names, but the woman on the phone and in the shop was really great helping me sort out what was needed for my pup’s gear. One collar had a faulty receiver, and she helped me swap it, while another just needed a new batery, which she handled. She knew her stuff, was nice to deal with, and showed what good customer service looks like. Dog Watch is a really good business with staff that care about their customers. I’d suggest them to anyone looking for an underground dog fence!

Troy took care of setting up our

Troy took care of setting up our electric fence, and it has consistently performed adequately for the three dogs we've had in the last decade. Recently, we enlisted Troy's assistance again for training on the BigLeash, a remote training collar, as we're having difficulties getting our newest dog to respond. While we acknowledge the need for effort on our part, we believe the product will prove beneficial with time.
