I gave it four stars because I got a discount code, but it wouldn’t work, even though I tried using it several times. When I reached out to customer service, they told me to enter it exactly as shown, but it still didn’t work. I didn’t get any other solution, so I couldn’t use the discount after all.

The wording suggests a refund if it doesn't work, but in reality, you must return the product. This is challenging if you've already treated your animal with it. Packaged in 30 chews, whereas many other supplements contain 60 or 90 chews. It would be beneficial for the company to enhance transparency. This approach is not conducive to winning customer trust or encouraging repeat business. I won't be returning.

After 8 weeks, I noticed they were itching less and the rash was gone. I still give them the supplements every day. It takes time for them to work, and every dog is different. Maybe there are food or health problems causing the itching.
