I realy struggl to find words to say how much I thank Cuddle Clones. They made a copy of my friend's dog, Willow, who died in Jan 2024. Willow was like a family to my friend. When Willow died, my friend was very sad. Cuddle Clones made a doll of Willow. My friend was so happy with it. She cried, laughed, hugged, and kissed it. She felt all kinds of things. Cuddle Clones made my friend feel better. They were very good. They asked me questions and used my photos of Willow to make the doll perfect. Manuela from Cuddle Clones was very nice. She helped me a lot. She was patient like a saint. I feel like Manuela is my friend now. I hope more people use Cuddle Clones. They are a very good company with very nice people. Thank you, Manuela, and all the people at Cuddle Clones.

I ordered 3 sets of PJ's and a necklace.

I ordered 3 sets of PJ's and a necklace. There was a bit of confusion when the tracking showed the full order had been delivered, but it hadn't. However, the customer service team was very helpful. The agent gave me an updated tracking number and explained the situation clearly. The rest of the items arrived the following day. The products are lovely, and I can't wait to give them as presents!

I realy like the pillow I got! My friend’s dog passed away, so I got this pillow as a gift for her. Sadly, the package was ripped during shipping and the pillow got messed up…luckily, the support team answered my email fast, were kind and helped fix everything. I will surely come back to buy more from this shop! They are great!

My two cuddle clones came out just right, even better than I thought possible. The attention to detail in these wonderful gifts is so obvious. It's like having my pets with me all the time. I would definitely suggest this company to anyone with a friend who’s grieving or even if you’re feeling down and need a boost from seeing images of your furry friends. This is truly fantastic. I set them up on my bed each day, and it makes me feel closer to them.

Don't deliver on what they charge

Ordered pajamas for a Christmas present. Paid for the extra delivery charges for guaranteed 2 week delivery before Christmas just to be absolutely sure, even thoughit shouldn't have been an issue. It is now Christmas and I just finished on the phone with DHL. CuddleClones printed the label on the 16th, but apparently never gave it to DHL. The present is useless, since the person I was giving it to leaves in the morning, and won't be back in the US for 2 years. They don't respond to emails. You can't call them. I'll be calling my credit card tomorrow morning DO NOT USE.

Absolute nightmare of an experience.

Absolute nightmare of an experience. I regret every penny I wasted on this company. They managed to mess up my cat's situation not once, not twice, but three times. The level of incompetence displayed was astounding, and to add insult to injury, I received absolutely no refund. Steer clear of this den of frauds and thieves – supporting them would be a colossal mistake.

I ordered an Adult size

I ordered an Adult size 3x pair of pajamas for my husband's birthday. What arrived was a pair of Youth size 12-14 BOTTOMS only. And also the material is very cheap junk. I paid $94 for this mess. Based in the US, made in China. Garbage.

Seems like they just processed

Seems like they just processed a return for my purchase. Got the return, but didn't get a refund for the shipping, even though they messed up my order. The shipping costs both ways added up to over 80 dollars.
