I own a 10-year-old cat who developed an early morning feeding routine, demanding attention at 4 am. To address this, I opted for the Catmate two-bowl feeder. Surprisingly, my cat quickly adapted to it. I decided to enhance the setup by acquiring two additional ice packs and food dishes. Now, I effortlessly arrange his wet food, granting me the freedom to engage in activities like golfing or dining out with friends without worrying about rushing home for his meal. The timer configuration is straightforward, and the wider dishes prove to be more convenient for my cat compared to his previous bowls. Overall, both my cat and I are content with the solution.

I had a downspout previoosly but the pump was not strong enough. I purchased another,elsewhere and kitties were not happy. I saved the old one,don't ask me why, but it had the name on it so I googled you and found what I wanted. I suspect that ou will be getting orders from my relatives. Kitties are so happy and so am I

I have been looking to replace

I have been looking to replace the dog flap that was on my dog door and was very happy to see you had it. I was pleased with how fast it came. I will be ordering a couple more because in our cold weather it has cracked and then broke a couple of times.

My fountain's pump malfunctioned, and the replacement I got wasn't the exact match, but it did the job. The website claims compatibility, and I found it to be accurate. The cost was reasonable, and delivery was prompt.

My cat enjoys it and drinks more water now. I bought it in April, but by the end of May, the pump stopped working. I cleaned it, it ran for a bit, then failed again. Thankfully, I had some spare filters and a new pump. I’ll see how this one performs.

I just wanted to share my experience

I just wanted to share my experience with Closer Pets and the MiBowl+. I spent nearly $600 on two feeders and the hub, only to find out they don't work with my cat's HomeAgain microchip. If you check their refund policy, you'll notice they don't give refunds if the product was used. Following the manufacturer's instructions, you have to use a training mode that requires putting food in the feeder. Once you do that, your product isn't eligible for a refund. If you skip the training and don't use food, you still have to pay return shipping for a partial refund. I suggest caution when considering this product, mainly due to the customer service and refund policy. I picked this brand because it reads a microchip without the need for a collar and tag. However, customer service suggested using a tag if the microchip doesn't work, requiring me to teach my cat to wear a collar. If this product is sold in the United States, it should work with microchips used in animals there. Unfortunately, it doesn't. I was offered a refund if I mailed the machines back, which cost over $50. I recommend ordering from Amazon for free returns if the product doesn't work with your animal's chip.
