While they messed up my order initially, they fixed it fast, something many companies don't bother with.

The stuff came in bad packaging. It didn't protect the bottle well. It leaked and the cap broke. Had to toss it. Found another cap, kinda fits but not really. When I shake it like they say, it still leaks because of the bad packaging.

The packging wasn't good, product came leakin' with a broken cap. Had to toss it. Found anotha cap dat kinda fits, but not quite. Ev'ry time I shake da bottle as told, da leak reminds me of da bad packging.

However, despite multiple requests, the refund for the undelivered first order is pending. I'm still awaiting the resolution for the reimbursement process.
