This store always does a great job.
This store always does a great job. They offer a wide variety of products, and if you can't find what you're looking for, just ask the staff as they have lots more in the warehouse. Ellie was very helpful and gave me lots of good advice. Thanks Ellie! The prices are good, the fish seem healthy, and the tanks are clean. Plus, there are parking spaces available, which is really helpful.

I would like to express my gratitude. Soon after ordering from swell reptiles, our chameleon unexpectedly passed away. The products hadn't been shipped yet, and when I reached out to swell reptiles, they were so nice and understanding, canceling the order right away. I hope more businesses were like swell.

Good customer service.
Good customer service. Emily and Holly fixed my lost parcel problem quickly (Yodel had misplaced my parcel). The product itself was better than I thought in terms of build quality, and it keeps the humor just right for my mini orchids. Very pleased :)

I had a really nice guy named Luke help me through email. He was very kind, gave me honest tips for my Geckos, and was super friendly. Nothing was to much trouble for him, and he really did more than expected.

Decent customer service.
Decent customer service. Lost 1 of 2 parcels through Yodel. Yodel's response not great but Swell's team helpful, resolved issue, sent new delivery quickly. Gave 4 stars, was on hold long. Email response quick. Suggest email over phone. Will buy again from Swell.

I paid for next day delivery before 7pm
I paid for next day delivery before 7pm for a heat lamp as mine had broke. This was not delivered until numerous days after and they did not notify me of any changes/that they wouldn't be delivering this on time. The company marked this as dispatched but when I called the courier they explained this had not been received yet
