Weatherbeeta's service has left me thoroughly frustrated. Despite advertising available blankets on their website, I received confirmation of my order, only to be later informed that the chosen blanket wasn't in stock, leading to a refund. The communication breakdown between their website and inventory is bewildering.
Adding to the ordeal, the customer service team displayed a snotty and obnoxious attitude, showing a clear disregard for customer needs. It's astonishing that, after four decades, Weatherbeeta struggles with basic inventory management. Their dismissive approach toward understanding why the blanket was needed showcases a lack of customer empathy.
This incident has made it evident that Weatherbeeta doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction or retention. The antiquated POS systems and the apparent indifference to customer needs have led me to conclude that I won't be doing business with Weatherbeeta any longer. A disappointing experience that highlights significant shortcomings in their service and operations.
