After looking at a few different companies

After looking at a few different companies, I decided that Pet Treater gave the best value for the money and had more options for the monthly package you could choose for your pets. Service was great from start to finish. I would definitely suggest them to anyone.

I was hesitant about switching to a new subscription box. I decided to try this one, and we really liked it! It's been almost 2 years, and I have no plans to switch. It’s definitely woth it!

Sasha jumped into playing with her new toy instantly. She also enjoys her treats a lot. This is a wonderful service. Sasha rates PetTreater 5 stars since she can't give 6!!!!

We really enjoy using Pet

We really enjoy using Pet Treater, and all the toys and treats have been worth the $15. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the shipping. My payment is deducted on the 6th of the month, and it's already the 25th, but we're still waiting for our package. If the shipping were faster, I would definitely give it 5 stars!

I used Bark Box before, but we switched to

I used Bark Box before, but we switched to Treater recently. My dog Nebula really enjoys the cookies they include, they look like sugar cookies and she loves them. The toys are durable, which is great. We plan to stick with Pet Treater for a while.

The toy quality was absolutely

The toy quality was absolutely terrible. Two of them ended up in the trash within just 48 hours because my little one destroyed them. I had specifically mentioned that I didn't want fragile stuffed toys with parts that could easily be chewed off, but they didn't pay attention. What's worse, the customer service is also terrible. They make you go through their customer service to cancel, but it's almost never open, and they don't have chat or anyone answering the phone. It's been a real hassle trying to get out of this subscription, and if I had known how difficult it would be, I would have never signed up for it in the first place.

The toys were really bad quality.

The toys were really bad quality. My kid wrecked two of them in two days. I specifically said I didn't want easily broken stuffed toys, but they still sent them. Dealing with customer service was awful. You can sign up online, but canceling is a nightmare. They hardly ever answer the phone, and there's no chat option. It's a total hassle. If I knew it would be this hard to quit, I wouldn't have signed up in the first place.

I got billed for the second month,

I got billed for the second month, and it's been a whole month since I got the first one. Still waiting for it, and they charged me again for the second month. I emailed them about it, but their response was basic, and they didn't fix anything. They just said sorry and claimed my package is on the way. Their customer service is really bad.
