Shipping and packing. Very good, they use UPS for shipping 2-3 days while others use USPS at 7-8 days. Packing is tidy with invoice included, showing a check mark by all products to verify order complete.

It could've been a great experience, with most of the order being nice. But the jungle val was disappointing - brown and dying. They wouldn't give credit or replace it, despite us spending $15-16. We've found better places for plants since then.

I purchased Ocelot sword and regular sword plants for my 90-gallon Discus tank. The initial presentation in individual boxes was appealing. However, after planting, the Ocelot sword's leaves turned yellow within two days. I reached out to "Aquarium plants" for advice on the issue, but I'm still awaiting a response after five days. Given the $100 investment, the lack of support leaves me disappointed and concerned about the plant's well-being.

Losing $45 without resolution was frustrating. I've decided not to make any future purchases, as this experience was disappointing and left a bad impression.

The plants took over two weeks to arrive, and upon receipt, all were unfortunately dead. The potting was subpar, making it extremely challenging to separate them from the rock wool. Not impressed with the overall quality and handling of the plants.
