The only problem I had was not getting an email confirmation. After a few days, I had to trace back. I saw the purchase on my credit card but had to look up the seller's name, which wasn't Lilly and Max. I emailed to ask what was happening and got a really fast reply. I was pretty happy with that, and my item came the next day. I'm really pleased with the quality and the quick response to my questions.

They told us that crate isn’t made anymore, but they handled it and sent our refund in just a few days. Also said we could pick a different model on their site. Overall, I wouldn’t mind ordering from them again.

This company's product is exactly what we needed! We've tried lots of cones but none worked for our cat until we found this flat one from Lily and Max. It's perfect! Our cat can't bite himself and he's comfortable wearing it. He can do everything like running, eating, drinking, and sleeping with it on. So glad we found this product!

This kennel is larger than expected but works great and is really cool. I bought two for my huskies and they both fit easily with plenty of space. The final product looks nice and it's holding up against my clever dogs! My main issue is that the instructions were not very clear.

I really like this crate! It’s very strong and well built. When I got it, the top panel was broken, so I messaged the company about the problem. They answered fast and quickly offered to send a new one. I suggest them for their great customer support.

This kennel is really strong for our 80lb rescue dog, fits him well and I like the top opening to reach things away from his teething! If your big dog gets anxious and destroys wire cages, I’d suggest this crate!

At first, I wasn't pleased with this company because it took a long time for my order to arrive, and their email responses weren't helpful. But eventually, they did send me a good product and refunded me to make up for the delay, although I asked them to reverse the refund since I got the product. Just be patient with their shipping. In the long run, it'll pay off.

Great discovery! We've tried many collars, but this one from Lily and Max is just what we needed. Our cat seems happy in it and can't bite himself. It's comfortable too, he eats, drinks, and sleeps with it on. So glad we found this collar!

My dog needed eye surgery and the big cones were NOT helping her. I tried a lot of options. I was happy with the product itself, paid more for quick shipping, and it did arrive fast. I got the largest size but it still wasn't big enough for my dog's fat neck. This didn't work well for her, but I will save it for any future pets or to give to a friend who might need it.

First and foremost, I want to provide a completely genuine review. The parka jacket I purchased was indeed of good quality. However, what was not apparent to me, and seemingly to many other shoppers, is that the jacket has a very tight fit with zero flexibility for dogs of different body shapes. This lack of flexibility led to numerous complaints about the fit. My dog is a small, skinny Chihuahua weighing around 5 lbs. The jacket fits most of her body, except for her hind legs, restricting her movement. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product unless the design is modified to incorporate more stretchability in the sleeves. Now, regarding the company, when I brought this issue to their attention, they showed little interest in resolving the problem for me. Despite requesting a refund for the unused product, they declined and offered store credit instead. While I eventually accepted the credit, I was disappointed with the customer service and the design of the product.

My order is just sitting there! I placed my order, and it quickly went into delivery status (around 3 days or so), but when I checked with USPS, they claimed they never received the package. I've tried reaching out through the chat, even though it seems like no one is ever on, and I've sent two messages, but I haven't heard a single reply. It's been five days since the USPS label was created, and my package is still just waiting.

My order took over three weeks to ship, and when I reached out to inquire about it, the status suddenly changed to "shipped" and "delivered" on the same day. However, I never received the package. Despite my concerns, the company is asserting that since I received a delivery email, the package must have been stolen. Unfortunately, they are unwilling to provide a refund or send a replacement product.

Bought another Doglemi Soft & Comfortable Dog Cone for my pup, but ran into a hiccup with USPS delaying the delivery. I got this kennel thinking it might be a tight squeeze for my huskies, but wow, was I wrong! It's super spacious, and both my dogs can chill in there with plenty of room to spare. I got this massive cage for my 2-year-old Great Dane, who's quite the big boy at 120 pounds. Never had him crated before, and with his separation anxiety, he tends to leave a mess behind. But this cage? Total game-changer. He's got plenty of room to stand up and spin around without feeling cramped. The door locks could use a little more sturdiness, but that's just a minor hiccup. Honestly, seeing him chill in there without any fuss makes it all worth it. It's been a great find, and both of us are happier with this setup. Wouldn't trade it for anything else.
