The clothes seem really cute and it's neat

The clothes seem really cute and it's neat to find ethical clothing that's stylish, but the customer service was kinda tricky... They don't really keep you updated but if you have a preordered item you have to wait a while until it comes into stock so it all ships to you at once. Other than delivery time (mine took around 3 weeks to dispatch), such a cool store.

The company impressed me. I got 7 tops and a belt for my picky 16-year-old. She loves it all, even the free knitted beanie. First order, so relied on size guide, worked perfectly. Clothes are good quality, happy with price. Arrived in 4 days, can't fault anything. Got 2 15% off vouchers for next purchase, will definitely buy again. Might try jeans next.

People always ask where we got our stuff from. If you're thinking about buying something, definitely go for it! Their pieces are made to last, comfortable, and cute!

Minga London is great for EU orders!

Minga London is great for EU orders! Returning items was easy, tho finding a shop for DHL was tough. Refund was fast even though tag came off one item. Will order again! Quality is good, especially 100% cotton. Sizes can be tricky, more mid or plus size models would be nice!

Got my order really quick, which was awesome! The stuff is nice and looks really nice too. For those who say the sizes are off, just look at what size the model wears and go with that. It's usually the easiest way to figure out what size to get. Thanks!

Minga has some issues. I bought a leather jacket, but it never came. The shipping company messed up. Minga gave me my money back even though they didn't get the package back. Good customer service.

The clothes are great, and my daughter adores them. Didn't know pre-order meant not all items together. It was for my daughter's b-day, so it didn't come on time. Next, I'll order separately.

Minga used to be my favorite for years.

Minga used to be my favorite for years. I liked their unique designs and good quality. But lately, there are more blend knits and synthetic fabrics like acrylic and polyester. Before, everything was 100% cotton or similar good quality fabric. Their quality went down with this change. Also, they release new clothes too often now, and the designs are not as good as before. It feels like they just follow the latest trend without much thought. I wish they would release fewer clothes with better designs and quality fabric like they used to. I still have Minga clothes from years ago that are in good condition, but the new ones are falling apart after a few months. I used to love Minga, but now I'm worried about where they're headed.

Ther cloths r gud quality

Ther cloths r gud quality but ther sizin is totaly off - evrythin is much smaller than usual. U also need to know about their returns policy as it’s not at all clear on ther website. They charge you ‘a returns fee’ to return an item of £3 PLUS they charge a fee of £4 to issue a returns label. I think they make their items small so you have to return and make n exchange- an easy way to make extra on the cost!!

Disappointing

This company's customer service is really disappointing. I've tried reaching out multiple times about my return problem, but my emails are ignored. The few replies I do get are unhelpful and don't solve anything. It's frustrating that my order isn't showing up in my account, and I can't even start the return process. Overall, I'm very let down by this whole experience.

Nice clothes but the sizes are really off! I'm usually a 16-18 in most places. When I got a 20 at Minga, it was more like a 16... their oversized stuff might be nice

I had a terrible experience with this company. The shoes I purchased were made of poor materials and ended up causing discomfort and pain to my feet. On top of that, the customer service was extremely unsatisfactory.
