Always have amazing customer service in the stores, very nice and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to find the perfect bag. Even brought out some bags for me to look at that they had in the back! I find their purses to be so well priced and very good quality. Have bought 2 new bags from them in the last month as my previous one lasted almost 3 years (still has lot's of life in it...I need a change of style)

I really like Coach, especially their shoes, especially heels. I bought these a while back, but they still look new! No problems with any shoes. I haven't had to return anything or deal with customer service, so I can't say. They have nice shoes and sunglasses too!

While the bags I purchased boasted excellent quality for their price, the delivery timeframe exceeded expectations. Improved communication regarding shipping updates would have been appreciated to alleviate concerns about the delayed arrival of the items.

I have to say, the packaging was really bad.

I have to say, the packaging was really bad. I spent over £300 and they just threw everything in a huge box. It could have been packed better, or even just put in a dust bag without any protection. I'm not happy about that at all.

They messed up my order and

They messed up my order and sent it to the wrong address. Talked to customer service, and they assured me they'd send a replacement with free express shipping and throw in a gift card. However, none of that happened. When I followed up, they denied ever making such promises. Customer service was terrible throughout. I can't even show you a picture of the product because it never reached me – ended up at the wrong house. Overall, not a great experience.
