I really like Coach, especially their shoes, especially heels. I bought these a while back, but they still look new! No problems with any shoes. I haven't had to return anything or deal with customer service, so I can't say. They have nice shoes and sunglasses too!

They messed up my order and

They messed up my order and sent it to the wrong address. Talked to customer service, and they assured me they'd send a replacement with free express shipping and throw in a gift card. However, none of that happened. When I followed up, they denied ever making such promises. Customer service was terrible throughout. I can't even show you a picture of the product because it never reached me – ended up at the wrong house. Overall, not a great experience.
