I lately took on a consulting job

I lately took on a consulting job in San Diego and thought of just setting up an apartment instead of commuting weekly back east. We got a few Gabbeh rugs at our home and wanted to copy that beauty in the apartment. The range of rugs at Manhattan Rugs was good and we found the size, pattern, and colors we needed. The apartment wasn't ready when we picked the first rug so we asked for a delayed delivery which was easily arranged by MR. The second rug was picked once in the apartment and it was sent right away and came exactly as expected. The service, availability, and pricing met our expectations. These two rugs will be good for us in the apartment for a couple of years but will be with us forever when they go back east to our home.

My experience with MR was pretty smooth. We were looking for rugs for a while and found MR. Prices were fair, lots of choices, and the info and pics of each rug were good. We ordered, got our rug on time. I mistakenly ordered two pads but Catalina fixed it, no problem. Got a refund for one pad, only got one shipped. Rug's lovely, just like they said. Yeah, I'd suggest Manhattan Rugs.

I gave 'em a ring to make sure I got the perfect cut for my rug pad, and bam, order processed in less than three minutes. The pad was on its way that very afternoon and showed up at my doorstep today, just a week later, even with all the crazy weather and holiday traffic. The rug? Oh man, it's even prettier than the pic.

I ordered by phone after spotting a great rug on their site. The high-quality photos are awesome, showing the product from all sides, both front and back. Josh was super nice and really helpful. As a service member, I really value this company's discount for people in uniform. I would for sure shop here again.

The company offers lots of rugs. I've bought many for my home and for family. All rugs are nicely made. The owner tells the truth about quality and where they're from. Customer service is patient and helpful. I tried buying a cheaper tribal rug elsewhere, but it wasn't as good, so I returned it.

Your company appears quite reliable and the items are of good quality. We ordered a 10’ round rug that arrived on schedule and was exactly what we expected. I will definitely consider buying more products, trusting the level of service your company provides!

Super easy to navigate, and they've got a boatload of choices. Love that they snapped pics of everything in the same setting – makes comparing a breeze. And when I had to chat with the staff on the phone, they were polite and friendly.

Catalina was very helpful, she answered all our questions and held the rug while we decided. The rug looks almost like the picture online. It's soft, beautiful, and good quality.

I'm really liking it! My carpet is gorgeous, well crafted, and arrived super fast and securely (had to sign for it; thank you). I'd suggest Manhattan carpets to everyone.
