I've had a great experience with this company. They have been very helpful with all my questions, and the service has been really good. We did run into some minor issues due to shipping problems with other vendors, but Jon in shipping was very good, and Nick in sales was always quick to respond.

The doors we ordered arrived
The doors we ordered arrived a day early, which was great! However, the installation instructions were poor, and the process was challenging because most of the hardware was missing. In addition to the almost $600 we paid for the doors, we had to make a trip to the hardware store to purchase more screws for installation.
