I'm overwhelmed with joy after receiving the custom sweatshirt from this company. I requested a design featuring both of my dogs and when I saw the finished product, I was moved to tears. The attention to detail was incredible; I could easily distinguish between my two beloved pets, and there was even a halo over the one who'd passed away. They managed to capture their angelic faces perfectly. It's beyond my expectations, and I can't wait to gift it to my mom, who I know will be deeply touched. One try was all it took for them to create something truly special. Thank you!

Despite reaching out on December 14, I received a generic response citing the holiday season. It's now December 29th, and there's still no update or communication from the vendor. Waited over a month for my item without any updates. Despite claiming to be from Wyoming, my shirt was shipped from Texas to be printed by a different company in Charlotte, NC. Disappointingly, the design on the shirt isn't even centered. Communication was non-existent. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I placed two (2) orders, and the process was quite smooth. Everything worked fine ... though I think it could be better if they showed an "expected time" for each step or when it would be finished. Might be helpful for customers to know! Let’s call that the 'CK' suggestion. :) Had to reach out to customer support once, and Cindy helped me out—she's absolutely amazing! She did an awsome job and really knows her stuff. All in all, a good experience. Wishing the Just Lyne team lots of succes and growth in 2025 and beyond!

Proof of my order was swiftly sent back. Once I accepted the proof, the product was promptly created, shipped, and delivered. It lived up to all promises. The item served as a birthday gift for my wife, and she absolutely loved it! I’m also quite amazed with how good the design came out and how closely it resembles the photo I uploaded! I will for sure be ordering from here again.

I got a hoodie with my daughter's dog on it and liked it so much that I ordered one for my daughter-in-law with her cat Gerard. Both hoodies were a hit during Christmas! The drawing of Gerard was great--since he's a hairless cat, I wasn't sure how it would look, but it turned out looking very royal. Would definitely order again.

I really like the end result of the design! I had to make some changes because I'm very particular about how things look, being an art director myself. The designer listened to all my suggestions and got what I wanted. I was surprised at how quickly they made the changes! I definitely suggest them!
