This year is my third year
This year is my third year of ordering the Annual Christmas Ornament for my family and friends. I liked the idea that when my grandchildren grew up and began living on their own, they would have a lovely collection of ornaments for their Christmas trees. However, an hour after I placed my order this year, I received an email offering free personalization on ornament orders. So, I called right away to ask if I could take advantage of the offer. The representative and her supervisor said I couldn’t do that because the order was already placed. Then they said I would have to cancel the original order and replace the order. The problem with that option is that I would also be charged for the second order until the first cancellation was processed through my bank. Being a senior citizen living on Social Security, that would be a hardship for me. So consequently, I couldn’t do that. Therefore, I’ll be receiving my ornaments without the free personalization. This experience has left such a negative feeling in my mind that I probably won’t be continuing this tradition. I’m sorry this has been such a long negative review, but having worked in retail, customer service was very important to my company. Apparently that’s not Wendell August Forge’s philosophy. I would hope you could understand my disappointment. I had hoped this would have been a long standing yearly Christmas tradition. But that’s highly unlikely now.
