I'm a regular traveller and had not used your site before. The big change in flight dates to find the best fare was a bit hard to follow, but I saw it did provide that feature. I did notice there were notifications about the date change, but in my rush, I might have overlooked them. For this flight, I had set dates, but usually, I am flexible with my travel plans, so this feature will be useful. I will use your site again. Thanks

Nowhere else offers such an extensive price comparison experience. I recently searched for flights to transport my best friend and his family across the country. I’ve been using Justfly for my international trips for a long time now, and I can say that I’m a happy customer. Every time I use this site, it’s really simple for me. It’s reliable, easy to navigate, and very convenient. I’ve tried other websites, but I always come back to Justfly. It just feels simpler with Justfly!

I’m pleased with the cost, as I can’t figure

I’m pleased with the cost, as I can’t figure out how it’s possible to get a fare under 100. flying from Toronto to Thunder Bay while other sites charge between 500. and 1000. for the same trip. This is really uncalled for. Also, if I’m checking dates close together, I shouldn’t be hit with high prices.

I have used JustFly for many flights and found them to be okay. I tried to book online yesterday and encountered a small issue. An employee named Sarah was there to assist me and even found a better offer that I was happy with, even though it was slightly over my limit but still much more affordable.

Website is simple to use, with good prices. Contacting customer support was quick and easy. Changing my booking due to a misspelled name was hassle-free, and I could rebook at a lower price without issue. They kept me updated throughout. Overall, I am pleased with this company.

What made my experience 5 star was

What made my experience 5 star was that I got charged for seat selection without realizing it. I called customer service and was suprised to get through right away (amazing!). They quickly refunded the fee. Wish airlines worked like this, but that’s a different story...

JustFly did let me know about a better price

JustFly did let me know about a better price, which was helpful. However, I was a bit confused when I couldn’t see the cost for pre-selecting seats. The price for the flights seemed fine, but there was a big difference when I added the seats. After removing them, I booked the trip. Later, I visited the airline’s website and realized that the seats I picked were premium, so I went for cheaper ones instead.

My experience was fair but not outstanding. For global trips, it didn’t ask for my passport info. My brother-in-law and I were arranging this booking by phone to align our flights and timings. By the time we finished, his price had risen by $100 per person. When we compared the insurance options, his was much less expensive than my quotes.

The customer service rep was great.

The customer service rep was great. The reservation I made on the website was for arrival in Ontario California, but when the E-ticket arrived in my inbox the arrival destination changed to LAX. My refund for the first ticket has already been processed and a new booking secured to Ontario.

I cud compare prizes n airlines schedule n bookin' was easy n great. Sum peeple had bad xperience wif Justfly.com, I had in da past too- which got corrected but I do notice improvements. I always use justfly.com n will continue to use dem.

We used JustFly a couple of years back, twice, and didn't face any issues with the site. I do wish United had let me add my TSA and United numbers when booking, but I can do that after I get the airline confirmation and select seats. :)

The seat selection policy is quite

The seat selection policy is quite disappointing, offering only separate seats unless you pay an additional fee for the exit row. My attempt to book earlier resulted in frustration as the website refreshed, causing a sudden $200 increase per ticket. The upfront costs don't cover seats and bags, making the overall experience less transparent. The site feels a bit dubious, and I'm not satisfied with these aspects of the service.

They should have a 0

They have the worst customer service. You have to text with many bots before you finally get what reports to be a real person. Then you will have to wait most of your day just to be told that they will not refund your money even though the airline refunded it to them. They clearly want to be paid twice for a service that wasn’t provided once. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone for any reason. It’s been 3 months & I have yet to speak to a real person or receive my refund that I know the airline sent because the airline emailed me. Going forward I will purchase directly from the airline.

This company is not good.

This company is not good. I got charged twice for fees and there's no phone number to call. Don't use it, it seems sketchy. I'm worried my ticket might be fake.
