Amazing service! Rob Win was a huge help in fixing a mistake with my flight reservations. He stayed friendly, respectful, and calm throughout the whole process, even though it took a long time and wasn’t simple. Since English isn’t my first language, he was able to explain everything clearly and assist me step by step. Great customer service, great person; thank you.

Just so you know, they start off with a great deal on their website, a price that seems too good to miss. You enter your credit card info and buy the tickets, then they call you. They say the airline can’t honor that price. That’s when the whole scam starts. They begin offering a new price, then send you an email. Whatever you do, don’t respond to that email without reading the fine print—that’s how they get you. The manager was rude. They tried to explain that they charged extra money for "taxes" on my card, so I ended up paying the full price for the tickets. Please don’t let these people fool you like they did to me. They got me once, but not again.

I booked my flight a couple of days ago and received a confirmation email, but the e-tickets were missing. When I called the next day, they said someone would get back to me in 30 minutes, but no one did. Today, I called again and was promised a callback within 10-20 minutes. I asked if they would really call this time, and the rep said yes. I mentioned that I might need to cancel if no one followed up, and he said, "Don’t wait," and ended the call. Feels disorganized and unrelable. Be careful with this company.

Caution – untrustworthy service!

Watch out when dealing with this company. I made a reservation and got a booking number, but then they reached out to say the price had to be altered. They said the original deal was no longer available. This feels like a trick and is misleading. They hook you with a cheap price, then attempt to ask for more once you're locked in. Stay away from this service – they are not reliable or professional.

Got scammed by gotoflyer

I had a horrible experience with this website and will never use it again. After I booked my tickets, someone from their customer service called me to say that while the return flight was confirmed, the departure flight was canceled because “there were no seats available.” This made no sense since the booking was already confirmed! They gave me two unfair options: 1. Change the departure date and pay $120 more per person. 2. Keep the same departure date and pay a ridiculous $225 more per person. When I refused both options, they offered a refund with a $48 penalty fee per person, even though it was their fault. To make things worse, the customer service agent was extremely rude and refused to connect me with a supervisor, despite my repeated requests. This whole situation felt like a scam. Avoid this website at all costs.

www.gotoflyer.com is a SCAM site! Beware!! Read the BBB reviews and don't trust the other review sites that give 5 stars. they are reviewing their own site and making the ratings go up. Check youtube for the videos about this SCAM SITE. They call from an Idian number and answer the phone when called back as a totally different business. The email they sent me went to spam and it was from [email protected] the phone number called was 1-877-250-1705. They will not book your flight then call to say the flight isnt available as listed. They want to upcharge you an additional 300$ and will not refund the money that they already charged. BUYER BEWARE!!! SCAM ALERT www.gotoflyer.com

Tell you that the airlines will not accept anymore at that price then the whole scam begins They start negotiating prices then at the end you’re paying more you get a separate charge for taxes so you ended up paying more than you would’ve paying at the airline will never use them again And I highly recommend anybody doing business with them before you agree to the email read all the fine print. That’s how they get you.

Warning, warning, don’t use this website.

I got an email confirming my round-trip ticket, then they called saying I must pay extra $642. First they said to tell my credit card company the $835 charge was fine for the flight I booked online. After I did that, suddenly they said I owe another $642. I told them to cancel the ticket and they said I have to pay a cancellation fee of $166. I refused to let them charge my card that much. They kept saying they would give a refund but I still had to pay $166.

Thieves!!!! Thieves Thieves. There was not a flight to my destination unless I paid an additional $475. But there was a return flight- but only if I paid the $475 to go where I needed to go. I couldn’t take another flight using a different website or airline and still use the flight I had paid for!!! Crooks !!!
