I ordered a custom ornament,

I ordered a custom ornament, expecting it to match the colorful photo I sent. The ad made it seem like I'd get something identical, but what arrived was completely different. The colors were dull and looked nothing like the vibrant image I provided. I was so disappointed, especially since this was meant to be a special Christmas gift. It's frustrating when what you see isn't what you get. I really hoped for a beautiful keepsake, but this just missed the mark entirely. It's a shame because the idea was nice, but the execution was far from what was promised.

I thought I'd give this online store a shot, but it turned into a bit of a mess. I placed an order, but they told me there were issues and suggested trying again. So, I did just that. Fast forward, and I see two charges on my card. I reached out, thinking they'd sort it out, but nope. They just said there was nothing they could do. Now I’ve got double the items and double the charges, and they’re not budging. It’s frustrating when you trust a company to help, but they just leave you hanging. Would think twice before ordering from them again.

Incorrect order, no resolution offered

Despite receiving repeated confirmations of my requirements, my shirts were delivered incorrectly. When I asked for a corrected order the customer service rep said that it couldn’t be done because I had not pointed out the error an additional time during their proofing process. My notes had already been made in a prior communication but because of their system, which was not explained in any way, the mistake was printed anyway. The shirts were also of very low quality, and their company dealt with their error poorly. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely disappointed with the company's

Extremely disappointed with the company's product. The quality is subpar as it ripped after just one use. Discovering the damage while overseas, I reached out, only to learn about the limited 30-day warranty. The inconvenience of waiting for the item to be drop-shipped from China adds to the frustration. Unless you're willing to settle for a short-lived novelty and endure a lengthy delivery, it's wise to invest your money in a higher-quality alternative.

Never received order

My order from November 3, and out for delivery on November 19 has never arrived. I when I track the order with information given to me by Gecko, it has traveled. From Kalamazoo to Grand Rapids to Chicago and other locations in Illinois and back to Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo several times. At this time I do not expect my order to be delivered and will not order from them again.

Ordered some pants, got excited

Ordered some pants, got excited for that new clothes feeling, but bam! No email confirmation, and when you checked with the company, they're acting like your order never existed. But guess what did exist? The charge on your card. Talk about a head-scratcher! Had to go all detective and dispute it with the credit card company. Ugh, what a mess!

Where is my shirt?

I ordered a shirt on June 3rd, 2024. Gecko customs took the money out of my checking account immediately but I still have not Eben received a confirmation email regarding my order! I have submitted several tickets on this company's website and sent emails and they will not respond! This is a scam! I want my money back immediately!

SCAM. BEWARE. I wish I had googled them before ordering. I ordered a customized shirt. They emailed me a proof of the shirt and it was exactly what I wanted. They shipped me some random, knock off Disney shirt. The only contact method they have is email and they don’t reply. I’m filing fraud with my bank. Also with BBB.

Terrible customer service

I placed my order a month ago. No contact or responses. I just received an email stating my order was on hold due to an email they sent about my order a month ago. I responded to there email over 30 days ago and they are just now getting around to responding to it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible Company

Do not order from this store. I never recieved my order even though they said it would be here well in advance. I ordered cupcake toppers for my son's graduation party so it waS very important that I have them, but still don't. They do not return e-mails and there is noway to talk to someone.

Scam

Never received the 6 shirts I ordered one month ago. After getting the run around from customer service, I requested a refund. They refused and, instead, told me to purchase the shirts again at a discounted rate. I will never shop here again and urge you to think twice before you do!

1 star + "F" rating on BBB – Good luck getting anything in time for Christmas

WORST company and CHEAP tshirt material that tears after 6 months. GOOD LUCK GETTING ANYTHING IN TIME FOR XMAS (even if you order now) as it took 3 mo to order one tshirt last fall. They have 1 star rating on BBB and an F rating which tells you everything.

Low quality- don’t waste your money!

I sent in my picture and they sent me a great proof so I assumed my product would look like it. I ended up with a grainy grey photo that looks horrible on a glass, don’t waste your money!
