Great customer service, solved a gift message problem right away, the very next day after I emailed them, I couldn’t believe how quick they were and was really relieved that my gift would be on time. Scarlett offered a solution straight away which made me feel so much better. Scarlett was amazing! I’ll for sure choose this personalized company again.

I bought from this place by accident.
I bought from this place by accident. I searched for Pandora and didn’t notice I had bought from this company until I got the confirmation email. I got worried and messaged Pandora, but they said this company is a real stockist. Nice product. Delivery was quick and the staff was very helpfull.

I just got the two bracelet charms as presents
I just got the two bracelet charms as presents and I’m happy with them, but the gift bags weren’t included. I contacted them and they are sending the bags to me. The gift bags showed up in two days, that’s great customer service. Thanks a lot!
